I have lived in these apt for 7yrs and I chose them initially because the staff was profesional both rental,management and facilities. The staff they have now they just plain suck. The manager is never available or she hides with the blinds drawn and when she is available she is personality minus. The other staff will wait on you if they think your worth it but if they dont want to it is hurry up and wait. They just painted and made everything look oh so pretty yeah right in the front. The back is jacked up. People light are hanging out of sockets with exposed wires etc. Also you pay 67 dollars for the crappiest cable in town only 37 channels and about 5 are televangelical and some info wow what a selection. The termites really love it here and we have had a few swarms and the carpenter ants. So if you want to live someplace nice appearances are not always what they seem and this place is really deceiving. I cant give a numbers rating of 0 if I could afford to move now I would it is that bad.

WELL IT MUST NOT BE TOO BAD IF YOU HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 8 YRS. AND DON'T SAY I COULDN'T AFFORD TO MOVE. IF IT'S THAT BAD YOU CAN DO ANYTHING. THESE THINGS SHOULD BE FOR HONEST OPINIONS NOT GRIPE SESSIONS. IF IT WAS SO BAD THEN YOU WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE COUNTY AND ANY OTHER ENTITY THAT YOU NEEDED TO IN ORDER TO HAVE ANY AND ALL PROBLEMS RECTIFIED.

Read this post to have your problems rectified: http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/FL-Melbourne-C suggest everyone follow it.. that person has really good advice. Be careful yelling at management. They like to lie and say you said things that you never said.
