There seems to be a pattern here.there may be some differances of opinon, but one thing no one has disputed, and that is the fact that the current management SUCKS. I have been here only a couple of years and some past management have been better.not much but better.don't matter anyway cause just a matter of time before we all get notes on our doors telling us that we are going condo.dont be surprised when it happens.it will.soon.

HG1111 WELL IT LOOKS LIKE YOU AGAIN DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. READ THE NEXT PORTION THAT I PULLED FROM YOUR GREAT SOUTHGATE APARTMENTS WHICH ONLY HAS 2 REVIEWS TO BEGIN WITH.over hallways. Broken railings. Never any parking. Shower takes forever to heat up. Guest parking is a mile away... assigned parking are assigned FOREVER away. Management does not car... had no concern when my car was robbed. Some nice people though. Can hear people walk over you. |

Nice deflection. Have you visited Southgate? Try living there. NO BUGS. Wait, I'll say it again - NO BUGS. I think if we moved everyone out of Caribbean Isle and put them in better apartments, then nuked the whole place, all the cockroaches would survive since they seem to be immune to the monthly bug spraying that Caribbean Isle does, which by the way is a joke. We had to hire a real bug man and not a handyman that walks around with pesticide. 24 hr maintenance is a joke. Get real, don't believe the hype. This place is the pits. Once again, how can 90 - 95 % of negative views be wrong? If you are reading this as a disgruntled caribbean isle resident - FIGHT BACK! Don't let them take your dignity away! Report them to Code Enforcement and the Better Business Bureau. They must be stopped! Here is the contact number for the corporation which runs Caribbean Isle: 805-965-1616. It is called SIMA. While you are at it, go to the Brevard County Clerk of Court website and type in the business name of SIMA Caribbean. Look at all those evictions. According to local attorney's, a high eviction rate on a complex is not good, especially given the situation at Caribbean Isle. I can see now why people want to break their lease and go to court for eviction. These people are insane. Just look at hg1111's response. These people are living in a fantasy-land!!! We should call this place DisneyLand!
