This place was horrible. I had mold on my apartment ceiling for months before they came to repair it.. and by repair, I mean spray paint over the mold. It was so bad that one of the leasing agents who lived next door to me moved out for fear of her new baby's health.. yet they kept telling me I had the 'safe' kind of mold. Bull.

The other neighbors were loud and the living space was extremely small for the price. Don't waste your money, plus the management was horrible and rude.

YES I DO HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY. I HAVE THE SAME THING BUT I HAD IT CHECKED PRIVATELY AND IT IS NOT MOLD IT IS JUST A WATER STAIN. NOW I GRANT YOU THERE MAY BE SOME APARTMENTS THAT DO HAVE MOLD. BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS GO TO HOME DEPOT AND BUY THE KIT THAT CHECKS FOR MOLD AND SEND IT OUT TO AN INDEPENDENT LAB WHO WILL TELL YOU 1) YES IT IS MOLD, 2) NO IT IS NOT, OR 3) WHAT KIND OF MOLD IT IS AND WHAT KIND OF HEALTH ISSUES CAN BE LINKED TO IT. ANY RESPONSE TO THAT OUTLAW111?

Yes, I have a response! With all the current water heater breakages, I can tell you that the apartments do have mold. Melbourne Water Dept does these pressure pushes and they can damage the water heater. I saw 5 of them break in one night. The water seeps thru the floor and wall. No, the apartments do not all have mold, but after talking to a vast majority of people in the complex that have gotten sick from living there and CONVENIENTLY get better when they moved - hmm, do we see a pattern here?

very sound advice hg1111.now see dosen't it feel good giving helpful advice to someone instead of telling them to shut up and keep thier opions to themselfs? everyone has the right to speak thier mind here.its called freedom of speech.now have a nice day and chill out.jerk.
