I moved away from Carribean Isle over three years ago, with a clean, signed statement that was set - yet now, just today, I had a call from a collection agency saying Carribbean Isle has filed suit against for $76.85 for 'unspecified charges related to my occupancy' - WTF'

If you think living htere is bad, wait till you try to leave. Stephen King has nothing on these people.

Heh, I have one even better. They moved my stuff out a week before I was to move out to make room for a new tenant. They threw a bunch of my wedding gifts away. Luckily, I was mostly moved out and was in the process of moving out-of-state and so I was out of town when they did this. The police said it was a civil matter and they could not do anything. They even used my power to clean up! I ended up getting it refunded from those bastards, plus I got my deposits back. Carib knew they did wrong.
