Donna and that tall greasy guy are some of the most rude people we've ever met. I wouldn't want my enemies to live in this "hole." Our car and apt were broken into, worst of all they caught the people who did it and they live in the complex. Very shady people living there, and they play rap music all night long. Again MGMT (did nothing). When we called the police they told us that "they get calls from this complex all of the time" DOnt sign a lease w/ Donna or any other rep from Caribbean Isle, you will regret it!!

People should not have to live like this, no matter where you are. Management CAN do background checks, I don't know where you get that notion. They get your Social Security number when you sign your lease and check your credit. It is not against the law to do what is called a local files check to see if you have any outstanding warrants, etc. It's a matter of public record. Go to the brevard county clerk of courts website.. you can do a FREE check and you just need the name and birthdate. There is also no law against rejecting someone because they have felonies, misdemeanors, etc. If the management does not take it upon themselves to do background checks, then they have no one to blame but themselves when crime starts occurring. Had they done a proper background check, some things could have been prevented and the rate of crime would be lower.

h576 is correct,management has the power to make this complex safer and nicer.they just choose not to.it is true crime is everywhere but more lights at night in the parking lots or just fixing the broken ones would help.how about a security guard at night crusing around on one of thier golf carts helping make sure everyone here is safe.no wait that meens spending money.nevermind.Hi hg1111,Isee you are still telling people to shut up or leave. Hello dumbass this is america its called freedom of speech,and i'm expressing mine right now.unfortunately there are more things around here then lights that need fixing.there are better and safer places around here,there are worse too.not much but a little bit worse.my advice is look elsewhere for a place to live. ***REGUARDING THE ANSWER FROM hg1111*** first of all they keep raising the rent anyway for no reason,and you meen to say that my lease says they dont have to replace lights when they go bad outside.--------.liar.you are oblisley management(donna or brian)to keep defending this place so much and if so screw you.fix some ---- around here and quit sitting in your office smoking and screwing off. now have a nice day. ***AS FOR HG1111'S 2ND POST ON7/30/06*** You better belive i work for a living and you said in your 1st response that managment does not have to fix the lights outside now you say they do.great fix them then.that would help make it safer here.so which is it? i'm not cussing at you i'm cussing at management.unless you are management then i am.again have a nice day and chill out.

Well outlaw101 you must not work if you see all that goes on during the day. ANd no where did I that they did not have to replace the lights. I said your lease advises you they do not supply security. And as for ne being Bryan or Donna or anyone from the complex, you could not be more wrong. I just look at things differently than you do. And just because eveyone has the right to their opinion does not give you the right to cuss and and making vulgar remarks in here.
