Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
i was told by a neighbor of mine that there had been and older man lookingin my window one night...went to the management and they were not too concerned. Also background checks should definatley be done. There was a fight outside my window last night/this morning at 3:38 am!! If i had opened my window and stuck my arm out i could have toutched the kid. don't want to live around that!!!
