My lease is about to expire, thank goodness!! I can't wait to move. My apt has had maintenance issues since I moved in. I'm talking about holes in the wall for months, mold under the sloppy caulking, no screens in half of the windows since move-in, no lights outside for at least 6 months, a/c doesn't work well because of poor installation. I can go on but I won't. I have had to call in several times, send letters and visit in person to get anything done. I'm tired of fighting for a decent place to live when I pay so much to live there. On an up-note, they did paint the outside and install new lighting fixtures which look very nice.

They installed new lighting? After painting they left the old hanging by exposed wires for the last couple months there. I put mine back up myself. Most didn't.
