When I first moved to Carribean Isles I was so excited! That was until things started going wrong. The smoke detector needs a new battery and its not reachable by me to change it. I waited five months for blinds that had fallen down in my apartment to be put back up, having to put a sheet in the window as if I live on University. Understanding that the complex is so big and maintenance staff is so small, ITS NOT MY PROBLEM!!! I feel as though if something is broken and Im paying rent it should be fixed. Otherwise I havent had any problems with them. Bryan and Donna are always nice to me. You get what you give. If you dont like it move. Thats what I'm doing.

So nice to you, yet they don't fix anything? Doesn't sound like they are so nice to me. I'm glad I moved out of the place and bought a house. I have never lived in such a crappy apartment complex - EVER. You're right it is your choice. They'll wise up eventually.
