I survived one year at this apartment complex in 2003 and agree with you 110%. When we moved in, we had window damage that they promised would be fixed PRIOR to move-in. It got fixed 2 months before we moved out! Also, they gave us a garage that belonged to someone else. They were so mismanaged, they thought the garage was being used illegaly so they removed all of the person's belongings and gave us the key. The poor guy ended up suing the complex because they had a paperwork error. Worse yet, they divied up his belongings between the staff and took stuff home! There should be a "lemon" law for apartment complexes to save good folk from getting taken advantage of by "slum lords" trying to project themselves as a management company with integrity. Good luck in the future!
