Speak with our current residents and mak an informed decision to best suit your needs. For every 1 negative, there are 100 positivies. I call BS. Is Brian still working there? What a jerk! We couldn't get you fools to fix ANYTHING and maintenance is a joke. Remember when the water heaters busted? Or when you "mistakenly" threw away our stuff because you said we abandoned the apartment, even though we gave you a letter telling you that we were on vacation. Yea, what a professional management company.

I call BS as well. I lived there for a year and wasn't evicted and didn't cause any problems whatsoever, and I paid my rent on time every month. I also got all of my security deposit back when I moved, so I didn't leave a mess behind. In that year, I experienced nothing but poor quality workmanship, lack of response from management, indifference from maintenance people, on and on and on. I think this is a rotten place to live and should be avoided at all costs.

I have to agree 100% with every review aside from the "disclaimer". I lived there for over 2 yrs with identical problems to those listed by tenants. I as well was a conscientious renter, considerate of others, rent paid timely and left on my own volition when I just couldn't take it anymore (i.e. drug-dealing, prostitute neighbors, rotting floors and window frames, totally incompetent maintenance and management, etc, etc ). The "professional" management company should be ashamed.

This property is a nothing but a scam and the management there is pathetic and should be ashamed of the way in which they treat their residents. "People should be treated fairly, this is their 'home.'" <--The property manager said to me. "Break-ins happen to the garages all over this property because of the in adequate locks" said the Assistant property manager.....these people care NOTHING about the residents - they are just trying to fill quota - in the mean time, they neglect to repair apartments destroyed by black mold due to their inability to replace hot water heaters! DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I live there now and this place is a rat hole. After moving in I found where they tried to hide the rust in the dishwasher... after first wash the white goop they covered the rust with came off. Someone broke into my apartment after the first week I was there. The window was broken into as it is very easy to do so. I complained about the bugs (I wish I'd seen them while I was just viewing the apartment) and no one did anything, they said there was a bug guy but even after complaining a third time they never showed up. This place is a rat hole.

Man what are these people smoking? i lived there one year and had many of the same issues that others write about...moldy apartment, squirrel droppins falling from the ac vents in the ceiling, bugs, a MURDER in the apt next to me (not kidding) and really bad managemane and non existent maintenance. all this and i was never late with my rent, never got evicted and moved out on my own after the one year lease. even then they tried to get me for an xtra month saying since i moved in during the middle of the month i had to stay till the end for two more week. BS is not the word here. finally to the "manamgement" company.... look at your rating, 19% that means 8 out of 10 people cant stand your place. i think that pretty much sums it all up.
