well 1st i wasnt allowed to see the appt before i moved in the just showed me the one upstairs and it LOOK NICE but little did i know that that tub the was up the was leaking and when i finally moved in to mine downstairs i noticed mold all over the base boards and 2 weeks later called the front office and they told me they would take care of it yet they did not i called again 1 month after that and they sent the guy out there and HAHA your gonna laugh at this one...SPRAY PAINTED OVER IT and told me it was an amoldicide --thats not even a real word--haha the women at that office are soo stupid one day i went in there and they all were in there bathing suits on the back patio SUN BATHING>> who does that when they are supposed to be working..lol.. then after being there 2 months i realized it had fleas.. needless to say they keep spraying for that and roaches..yuck..and they never went away then i noticed that all the little wholes in the front door casing was TERMITES>>omg..they told me not to worry about it that they are all dead in there and dont worry about my furniture..then i found out i was pregnant and all hell broke loose.. that "amodicide they SPRAYED..AKA spray paint Particually the brand KILLZ..did not infact kill the mold the MOLD went out of controll and worse than ever.. soo i called them after being there 4 months and the guy came out there and he said it WASNT MOLD isnt that funny how it WAS 4 months ago and it looks even worse now but its NOT MOLD NOW.. well long story short i got a lawyer and got out of the lease that they were trying to get me for.. But i had my health to worry about and my unborn child and a mold infested envornment is not what u should be around.. well the day before we moved out they pulled the BLACK MOLD infested basebords off and finally agreed with me about it being cause by the leaky tub from upstairs..ohhh and the maitnence guy told me i WAS DRYING OFF THE WRONG WAY AND PUTTING WATER ON THE FLOOR AND THATS WHAT WAS CAUSE THE STUFF ON THE BASEBOARD that supposidly WASNT MOLD>> i advise any person who thinks its a nice looking place looks are deciving
