Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Ok let me start by saying that I moved here in October 2008 and 3 months have passed. Office staff are polite and manager is on top of her complex. The maintenance staff are kept busy not because of problems, they just are doing their part to maintain an existing buildings of over 20 years. Unless you have owned a home you probably wouldn't understand. Maintenance is an essential part to the overall plan to keep a property up and running. You will definately get more bang for your buck. The apartments are spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out nicely. Any contact with maintenance has been handled quickly and professionaly. I have not heard or seen any activity that would require anyone to be concerned about their safety. The grounds are well maintained by a daily crew member picking up the trash that those who may have been born in a pig sty throw from their cars and or just throw it down. The lawnmen are always on top of the property. The pools look very inviting--Can't wait till summer.
I would strongly recommend these apartments to those who promise to pay their rent on time, are not 24/7 party animals, are clean, not nasty, know how to use a garbage can, can keep their relationship issues inside their apartments instead of in front of their apartments or in the parking lot. If you meet these criterias come by and see the great staff at CIA!
