I agree with the person who's review is before this one. Caribbean Isle is a nice place to live. The pools are great and the maintenance guys are on top of whatever needs to be done. I understand there was a time that the manager's were not the best. The new blonde lady from Georgia has really done a lot to make sure this is a nice place. We love our apartment! We have a great view of the golf course and have great neighbors. We have great neighbors because the lady in the office makes sure we do. Anyone steps out of line she is all over it. The amenities are great and the other girls in the office are nice and friendly. Most places you go, you rent and that's it no one cares about ya until rent is due. Not this place they seem to like there jobs and seem to care. The maintenance staff is friendly and stop to say hi! My few minior problems were taken care of the same day. They even delivered a package to me on Christmas Eve that I forgot to pick up. It was my Christmas present from my mom. I really appreciated that. I think that everyone who is looking to move should definitely consider Caribbean Isle.
