There has not been any effort so far to fix the damage from the hurricanes. This has been blamed on new management taking over, but and not yet havng insurance money. They allow pets, but many dont curb them. the model they show is great with all new aplliances and cabinets, but when you move in you get very old appliances/cabinets.
The staff is nice enough and respond quickly to fixing things inside the apartment. Maybe it will turn around, but I would think twice about moving in first.
