When we moved in we had hope. Turns out that it was misguided. The outside is falling apart. The inside is decent but the tile floors tend to get extra dirty. The balcony areas are plank wood so whatever goes on downstairs you can see and hear. The office was lazy, unfriendly, and extremely unhelpful. After I joined the service they turned around, rented the apartment out, and charged us for 3 months that the new tenants were living there in addition to charging the new tennants. Totally irresponsible behavior by the staff. This place sucks. It's also too expensive for what you get. The Washer and Dryer are great though they did crack out once in a while.
