I just moved in 3mo ago, and I regret it since day 5, The construction between floors is poorly, I feel like I live with the neighbors, I can here all noises with out consideration,not so friendly either....I have decide to terminate my contract a few bucks of penalties are worth a piece of mind, don't let the courteous greeting at the office or the renovation fool ya!!!
