I moved from Maryland about a month ago, and from the start it has been a pleasant experience. Corey, the office manager, is always pleasant. The maintenance is extremely prompt and they are all, especially Jeff, really friendly. I had a little bug problem and quite a few repairs to be made when I moved in and they were out to fix it, no problem. (I think that's partly because this is a fairly small community compared to most other complexes in the area). The apartments give lots of space, and the balconies have nice views and outdoor storage. I like that there's plenty of parking right outside my window, and for my friends as well. I never hear, or even see, my neighbors. The location too is a big plus: halfway between North and South Brevard, 10 mins from the beach, with banks, shopping, grocery and fast food of all types nearby. Great experience so far!
