Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
Going on 5 years and have seen alot of changes but none as bad as things are now. Poor management in a high rent area is a bad combination. Office staff are cold and indifferent and the buildings and grounds are falling to disrepair. Time for this long time renter to move on and suggest you do the same.
