Pet Owners Beware

Cypress Cove promotes "large pets welcome" but pet lovers beware. When we moved into the apartment the carpet was filthy and stained. We cleaned it thoroughly when we moved in and it was MUCH cleaner when we moved out but the apartment sent us a large bill to replace the carpet because we had pets. We paid a $350 pet fee prior to moving in. The apartment complex is in general disrepair and the rent is high.
