I am an ACTUAL resident (no smears from competitors or flowery posts from staff).

For the area, the rent is fair, given the skyrocketing home prices. The landscaping is pretty, but could use better care (weeds, neglected areas). Since the buildings are all wood, you can hear every bang and creak from your upstairs neighbors. Several dogs are not being curbed (poop piles are becoming rampant). Several instances of speeding throughout the community, management does not seem to address this problem (speed bumps anyone'). Several groups of obnoxious kids skateboarding, loitering, using obscene language loudly and bullying other children throughout the complex.

Management needs to step up.

The schools here are really great! Shopping is getting better!
