I recently relocated to Florida and made the mistake of moving into Cypress Cove. On your initial visit you'll see the lush, nice landscaping, a nice pool, spa and fitness center. Even the apartment model is nice. However, don't fall for it all, like I did. When you move into your apartment you will surely be disappointed. What you get is rain water pouring into your closet, filthy carpet that is ripped and moldy in areas, outdated kitchen and appliances, squirrels living in the walls, decaying and crumbling bathroom floors. Good luck getting any action from the management staff as they ignore you and are unwilling to work things out. You have to get very angry and/or beg to maybe get a response. Costumer service is foriegn to the manager here. Can't wait to get out of here. The rent is crazy for what you get.

i also live here and some of this is true like the out dated kitchen appliances and the tile flooring is not the best, but other than a few little things this is the nicest apartments in brevard county. and i've looked at them all. plus everyone is so friendly and try their best to help you out. i live right on the playground and couldn't ask for a nicer place to live. this person might have just got a bad deal but that rarely happens here.
