It's a ok place to live but overall I don't think I'm too pleased.

They really need to remodel the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. There have obviously been leaks under the sinks before. The wood is so warped under the sink that you can't place anything under there without it tipping over. The closet doors can't stay on the tracks. There are dead roaches in the fixtures.

There aren't enough areas to walk pets. I have to walk way too far from my apartment to get to a pet walk area. Plus, it's not very well lit. There are never any lights on at the mailboxes at night. It's really quite unsafe.

They've recently started repaving the parking lot and it's poorly planned out. It's a bit confusing.

I've had lost packages. I blame the office for this. I've been told that they were signed for by someone in the office and when I go to pick it up it's not there.

I pay way too much for the quality of the place.

The only thing it has going for it is the nice landscaping. I do like all of the trees and what not. But overall, I don't think I'd move back again.
