The management is cantankerous. They insist you pick up you dog poop in the grass but nobody picks up the poop that is directly infront of the mail boxes ALL the time.
The wood has bees that are boring holes into the structures and nobody cares. There are also carpenter ants. The balconies leak into the patios below when it rains. They tell you it's $125 to screen in the balcony and then charge $140 for a shody job that leaves the railing inaccessible and blows down in the wind.
