This really is a nice place to live. I live right on the playground, where my kids can go play with lots of other kids their own age. And i don't have to worry about their safety. the apartments are a little old and worn but they are still very nice. alot of the other people complain about them but they are just being petty. the office staff is always nice to everyone. and yes they do have some problems every now and then but they are human. the price is a little high but the whole neighborhood is very high. and it's the best place in brevard county to live in. trust me i've lived alot of places in this county and this place is the best by far. maybe if these complainers were more friendly themselves they would get a better reaction from the management. i have no complaints. everything in this apartment community is great. some things could be better but you can't please everyone.
