Ive been living here for 5 months now and we have had a few issues and were corrected within a respectable time frame. The grounds are well kept, landscaping once sometimes twice a wk. They just changed management company's but the "Manager" is still the same. I had Family visit and they used the pool. A 3 year old was yelled at by the manager and said no spitting pool water on to the dry patio. I was alittle upset. The child was embarrased and it became a joke to the residents, "dont spit water from the pool guys". I dont use the pool anymore. But everyone else on staff is great and very helpful. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. The tennis courts are great. Extremly nice area. Close to all. About 5 min from the beach. I think the pricing is reasonable for suntree. Yea there is cheaper down wickham rd(melbourne) but its also not a great area. But I would re-sign my lease if I was going to keep renting. And no I dont work for Cypress cove and im not from another Community.
***Bottom Line***, if you like the quiet and want a nice place were you can call home Cypress cove is a great place. they just need a new manager. The 3 people to the pool per apt at a time is something that should be looked over too.
