I find it disturbing that the apartments are going condo and the tenants are finding out by people who are moving out or by flyers we are receiving in the mail. However, when asking management if this is happening and what is happening -- they just say something will be coming out soon. If you have 15 buildings with tenants that are going to be looking for other places to live because they cannot renew their leases, it would be a courtesy to them to allow them to break their leases with only a thirty day notice and no additional monies. After all it is not by choice that they are having to leave.
Since the newsletter that came out indicating that the apartments were bought by another company the maintenance staff has not been at their full potential and the management staff depending on who you talk to can be questionable.
Parking can be a nightmare, especially since they have trees and plants taking up many of the parking spots in the front.

I completely agree with you! I just found out that we have to leave, and so we bought a house but now they won't let us out of our lease! We are about to close in 2 weeks! Lisa is horrible! I'm so angry.
