Now is not the time to move in to Cypress Cove, though they still have the "for lease" signs displayed. As another reviewer said, the apartments are being converted to condos and the management and maintenance staffs are distracted and overwhelmed by all of the projects going on to refurbish the place in anticipation of selling the units. You won't receive the kind of attention that you would expect. Every day brings more contractors. Dirt, mud, plants, and trucks and equipment are all over the place. You will have to be ready at any moment for unexpected visits by some of these contractors. Once the current residents begin to move out as their leases expire, and prospective buyers swarm the place, any sense of peace and enjoyment you might have benefited from (because the surroundings are lovely) will disappear. Unfortunately, we signed a lengthy lease (when management certainly knew these were about to go condo) and may be the last to exit. What we have enjoyed during the last few months will have long been gone. So, choose another community.
