We lived here for 2 years in which we lived in a one bedroom and then a two bedroom which was on the other side of the complex. Our one bedroom was great on Hampton Greens Blvd. after a year we up sized to a two bedroom on the other side. When we moved in the two bedroom apartment it seemed unlevel my amoire doors would not stay shut because the floor was inclined, we had small ants everywhere, kitchen,laundry room,and bathroom.The painters had completely spray painted over the port hole window in the laundry room and all over the carpet in the "bonus room". We had a murder that lived right under us and our apartment door was shown on the tv when the person was arrested ( great for my career when the headlines say "Murder" and show my apartment!) After that the young lady that lived in this apartment with this murder was able to continue living in this drug infested apartment with her drugie boyfriend which was visited on many occasions at early hours by the DEA.Reason in which I know it was the DEA is due to the fact they often confused my apartment number with theirs as well as their probation office did the same thing. I explained to the front office many times that we were kept up all hours of the night with the profitable little business they were running down stairs. Our bedroom window was right above the only room in which they had furniture in so at all hours of the night you would hear LOUD music and knocks on the window ( I guess it was a drive thru service!) The Office staff was very nice but never seemed to completely take care of the problem. Many times I was woke up to the girl from downstairs knocking on my doors crying and explaining she was "ate up" and needed to use my phone. I was always worried about his ate up girl deciding to drive after doing her thing and crashing in to our cars. I would not recommend Hampton Greens to anyone who does not sell drugs, use beach towels as curtains or have a second couch to use as lawn furniture out front. But, then again there is a golf course and what better fun than sitting outside on your couch having a beer, smoking some weed and watching some golf all from the comforts of your own back yard.But if you find this is not for you your " SCREWED" you can not break your lease without heavy fines, no matter who or what lurks below you!! So make sure if this is the apartment you think you might want to live in be sure to take a drive by at night that when things seem to start stirring. Oh and dont worry about not being able to get in due to the gate, its never worked anyways!
