The people that run this complex are not ept enough to realize that this may be a job for them, but a home to the tenants. The insist on compacting garbage at 8am even though the quiet hours are fom 10-10. Our deck had to be replaced as we knew when we moved in. It was pretty rickty and we lived there 8 months before they got around to us. We recived a notice stating that it would take 2-3 weeks to complete. At 4 weeks now, we still do not have a complete deck. Days go by with nothing be done. When we first moved in, we gave them a deposit to hold the apt. Before being offically approved, they deposited the check so even if we were not apporove we would have had to wait to get our deposit money back. In all, I will move out as soon as I can afford to.
