have lived here 8 months and have seen none of the problems mention in the other reviews. I have no problem letting my children play outside. The staff was very helpful getting me moved and has been more so in recent months with any problem or concern I have had. There is not thru traffic as the complex sits on its own road off Croton.
I find it intresting that most of the "bad" reviews all sound like they where written by the same person rehashing the same incedent over and over. Also in one case notice the post date is 2003 but the time lived there was 2001/2002.
While I will say they may be a bit pricy I am happy here. The floor plan in the three bedroom is a nice split plan that I like. The complex as a whole is showing some signs of age but nothing major. The grounds are kept up nicly. The pool has always been as clean as any other open air pool. Also pluse is that its deepest point is 4'. The playground is clean and also kept up.
Will I would recommend these, I would also say shop around and get a place you like.
