This apartment is located in a nice area and a great view of the golf course BUT that's the only thing nice about it!!!! For one, walls have NO SOUND BARRIER! Two, sugar ants are everywhere...they say that "pest control" comes with the rent...but we are still looking for the "bug man." Three, asking for maintinance is hard to get and when they do get around to fixing your broken things, they leave all the left over parts for you to deal/clean up with. Four, ventalition--it's bad enough smelling what your neighbor is cooking for dinner but to deal with smelling their "pot" too and telling management about it is worthless. They tell you to your face that there is nothing they could do about it!!! This is just for starters for some of the things you might want to consider before moving in. Looks can be deceiving!!!!!! Keep on rollin'!
