This place is the pits. There is mold and mildew in my unit, and the stove is broken about 25% of the time. The refrigerator broke and all of my food spoiled when I was out of town, but NOOO they did NOTHING to reimburse me for their failure to fix it after 2 weeks.

The corporate office in Orlando does nothing to help you with the problems, I called Ed Kleiman at Concord and he was a joke. They call him a partner, I think he is a patsy, as he did nothing to help me.
