i moved in hampton greens july of 2006, i recommend no one live here. im currently still there in a 1 bedroom and it is horrible, endless roaches although my place is spotless, crazy late charge of 85 dollars if you are one day late and 10 dollars a day every day you dont pay it,you can have cats but no small dogs and its 200 dollars for the deposit for a cat,plus you have gas connections which sucks.i just signed my lease this past just and i regret it,im out a there next year!!

the only thing thats is deceant is the space and the view,but overall out of 10 i'd give it a 3
