Hampton Greens

To any new potential resident of Hampton Greens; one phrase of caution, be fore warned. The exterior is appeasing, sometimes the prices great for rent. But they are all subject to change without warning. Management is non-existent and maintenance is unreachable for weeks on end. After six months our rent increased. After having cable through Brighthouse for six months we were forced to pay a monthly fee of $35. New residents they will tell you this fee is probably $55. What is it for? No one really can justify it. Not even the cable company, you still pay them so in effect it is paying double. Our family has too many events to site ad nauseam again to this website for your reading. All I can say is we were polite, docile trusting residents the first few months and then we realized the trust we had put in the management team of Hampton Greens was wrongly placed. They will lie to you blatantly. Forget their words and read every page of the contract you are signing for your apartments. And as for complaints....they blantanly do nothing with them. We complained to management several times in person, politely mind you, with nothing changed. Then we were told we could write a letter to upper management...we did so..and that letter has been sitting on a desk, or trash can for all we know for three months. We were told the letter could not be addressed until our lease was up for review. We contacted the Concord Greens upper management to complain...no reply. We are currently dealing with the Better Business Bureau to try and help others in the future.
All I can say is, from the bottom of my heart(in a lease we are stuck in now with no options,and they can change rent or add any additional fees anytime they choose to)....think twice before signing a rental agreement with Hampton Greens. Trust me, you will regret it.
