Hampton Greens

The staff and maintance at Hampton Greens is very friendly.
There have been some druggies in and out of the complex though. I think it's almost everywhere these days.
I'm not afraid to go outside at night, as mentioned by another tenant, and most of the neighbors are very friendly. More so then any other place I've lived at.
The apartment itself is a little high priced but I really like my apartment. Anytime I have had a maintance issue it was taken care of promptly.
There are too many darn ducks though!!! It doesnt matter how many times they come and clean off the duck doo doo, it's still on the sidewalk, especially in the hallways. The little pond is not clean... so if you decide to move in do nooootttt let your kids run near or around it.
If your kids catch the school bus, one thing to consider is the school transportation will NOT enter the complex. The entrance way is very long. It's over half a mile to the back apartments.
There is a fitness center with newly replaced equipment, yet there's only three pieces total in the fitness center.
In the two bedroom apartments the bathrooms are inside the bedrooms. They are beautiful and huge, WITH HUGE CLOSETS!! but a lot of people don't like company to go into their bedroom to use their bathroom.
I like the apartments overall and I will renew my lease. My advice is to shop around until you find an apartment that best fits your wants and needs.
