I've been living in Melbourne since 1998, and stayed at quite a few places in that time. I also have a lot of friends at Florida Tech who live in other complexes (if that qualifies me to have an opinion on what's good or not in this area).

I shopped around, and I found that the best value for my money was Harvard. I've lived here for the duration of my graduate studies, and there would be only two complaints. First, what's the point of having a security gate if it never works, and secondly, parking can be a pain at times. Other than that, the apartments are immaculate and very nice.

Neighbors are friendly, and management are nice. I particularly remember an incident where the lawn guys had covered my cars with grass. I went in to see them, and the guys rinsed boths cars, and had washed the other by the time I came home from work. The grass incident never happened again.

Definitely a book with a good cover and content to keep you interested.

I would like to see the gate working again some time soon though.
