The past two years the gates have not worked for more than three weeks. When i moved into the apartments i was told it was a gated community but i have never seen that to be true. It allows many people outside the community apartments to come onto the property. By this it causes many parking problems amongst the residents. It is very hard to find a parking spot on the weekends near my apartment.
In addition the management is poor when it comes to handling the issues such as the gates in the front, parking, and the maintenance responsibilities.
