Of all the apartment complexes I've lived in, this one is definitely the best. Every maintenance issue has been handled either that day or (if I ask late in the day) the next. The apartments are sturdy, and I've only heard the person above me once or twice.
The biggest problem had been parking, but they assign spots now. You're guaranteed at least one spot directly in front of your apartment, and any other cars you own will be assigned nearby. Guests have to park in unnumbered spots.
I've had small ants in my kitchen twice (after a large rain both times), but they gave me free ant poison gel and had an exterminator come by the next time he was there (every Thursday).
The grounds are well kept. The pool is nice, the lawns are mowed frequently, and the fitness room is clean.
