After my Sister died, I felt the staff in the office to be very insensitive. I understand that business is business, but when a person cannot even say a simple I am sorry to hear about your loss, something is definitely wrong with their customer service skills.

I was not given ample amount of time to move my Sister's things out of her apartment. It is a painful time and even though I had friends to help me, it still take a certain amount of time to take care of matters concerning my Sister.

Since that time this community has undergone new management and staff as a result of their poor customer service. The staff that the community now has is top of the line and ensures that customer satisfaction is a top priority. Any disregard for one's personal feelings has now be remedied. We appreciate your comments and sincerely hope you give this community another chance down the road. Our sincerest apologies.
