My family and I have resided at Lake in the Woods for a year now. The property is well maintained, the maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The guys always wave and say hello when they see you. Mary, the property Manager is absolutely wonderful. I personally admire her direct approach and honesty with any given situation. Mary also interacts with the children on property, especially at the pool to ensure their safety. Any repairs that I needed during my occupany were in fact handled on the same day or the very next day. The amenities are fabulous! My children loved the pool, fitness center and billiard rooms. The club house is gorgeous. The lake throughout the development is a bonus; the turtles, birds, fish and other small wild life are an asset for young children to enjoy. The development is very quiet; so much so that you might find it hard to believe that there are children on site. The neighbors mind their own business and yet are very courteous. The negative comments that I have read below are definitely unfounded and I would recommend Lake in the Woods very highly. M. Brown
