Great place but not worth the hassle!

I currently have been living in Lake in the Woods for three months!..I loved it until the first electric bill came and it was 350 dollars!! Our airconditoner is CONSTANTLY broken and literally raining all the time inside the apartment. Yes the staff is friendly but, I always get an excuse as to why I have a high electric bill..come I live in a two bedroom apartment..They always say "it is 30 years old" well it is time to replace them.. I would recommend living here, just be sure you can afford outrageous electric bills and every excuse in the book for as to why they won't replace anything!!
