Overall I feel the complex is wonderful. The main complaint is the faulty air conditioners. They do no cool the apartments, run constantly, and run up the electric bill. I know people with 5 bedroom homes that don't have the electric bill's I do. When the office is notified, the answers are always the same, it's the weather. Well when a unit can't cool a 800 sq foot apartment, it's the unit, not the weather.
