I had lived in north Georgia all my life and decided to move to Florida. I was looking online for a nice apartment that my daughter and I could rent in Melbourne while my husband was in Afghanistan. I had to do all the leg work on my own and needed a fast and reliable apartment staff to work with me through my transition. I found Sheena and Anthony to be very understanding, patient, and always there for me. I have been living here for almost 2 months now and have had a few tiny hiccups with my apartment. Every time i needed something done, the maintenance was here within a few minutes or the next morning early to fix it! I'm living in the newly remodeled 2 bedroom and it is very nice and clean. I get to enjoy the best view in the complex, overlooking the lake with a beautiful fountain, from my screened in porch. I also love fishing in the lake as well. The landscaping is very well maintained but the walk to the 2nd pool area, watch out because some tenants leave very large dog poop in the grass. DO Not leave your windows down in your car because the dumpster raccoons here will make their selves at home. Over all this was the best place I found in this area of Melbourne Fl.
