I've lived here for a couple months now, and picked this complex because of its' close proximity to work. The grounds are well-kept, maintenance guys are prompt and do a good job. I have found the parking to be adequate and well-lit. I had a small problem with ants that took two visits from pest control, but they seem to be under control now. I was told when touring the place that the walls are thick and you wouldn't hear much. This is not the case, I can pretty much hear everything my neighbors are doing. On trash days I can sometimes hear the trucks coming down the drive (which is directly behind the 'lake'). Of course there are lots of planes overhead, but I knew we were pretty much in the flight path to MLB, and this is not a problem for me. There is not a lot of water pressure on my upstairs unit, so I can't have two things using water at once.
Overall great location, decent grounds, and competitive rent rates. Also, I didn't have to pay a deposit!
