Now Palm Habor Villas- Definitely not worth your money!

This place is like living in a substandard place. Even though the staff tries their best to do what they can, the building are VERY OLD and derelict. Often times, neighbors weater heaters would break down, resulting in the complex having to turn of the water without notice. When they turned it back on there would be dark brown dirty water coming out of your taps. It took approximately 13 minutes for it to turn clear again. Besides that, the appliances ARE VERY OLD... the fridge, a/c (which is not central air) will break down on you! There are very sketchy/loud people living there. They leave their old broken down cars in the parking lot, and the complex has now implemented a new policy to have a tow truck come and tow them every now and then. People hanging out in the parking lot until 2am. As for the closed-gate... it didnt work for the first 5 months I lived there. However, I must state that it was up and working after that. The maintenance crew is shared between this and another apartment. Therefore, they may not get to your request until a few days time, if lucky. There is mold in the apartments... but I guess that is customary of FL apts. The aprtament is not energy or cost efficient as the AD claims. It costs just as much as anywhere else when it comes to utilities and so forth. The complex is EXTREMELY DARK AT NIGHTS! It is dimly lit in some areas, and in other areas it is pitch black. It is not safe as there are homeless people that sometimes venture through the broken down fence at theback of the complex. In sum, the staff tries to work with what they have... but it is what it is...
