Not a bad place to live if you don't mind sharing your apartment with the management. Management enters and leaves your apartment whenever they please with no notice! They actually entered my apartment one morning without knocking and then proceeded to leave my apartment unlocked when they left. What a nice surprise that was when I came home from work.

We ALWAYS notify residents if we will be entering the apartment for any reason. Sadly most of the time our notices are admittedly thrown away without ever being read. We replace A/C filters and check smoke detectors every three months and we have our annual inspection. We will also enter if a resident has called in a work order request. Clearly, one of the above was the reason for entering and if the resident said we did not knock that means they were home (not at work as stated above)and they didn't lock their door after maintenance left.
