After spending several years in another neighborhood apt. complex, this is a breath of fresh air. True, parking rules are not enforced, screaming kids run wild, but it's much worse elsewhere. I've found the staff to be responsive and helpful, neighbors friendly, and the complex as a whole well-maintained. I'm not ashamed to have people see where I live anymore! Rents are outrageous everywhere--just check around and check the conditions of the other complexes.
