the management staff sucks. they will tell you lies to get you to rent and not fix anything. when you go to move out they will try to keep your deposit anyway they can. dirty rotten people! they will also tow your car if you are not registered. things would get stolen from our courtyard all the time.

When you use words like "sucks" and "dirty rotten" you lose all credibility to anyone reading a review. No one takes irrational comments like those seriously. Also, if your car is not registered, it should be towed--that's policy! Things left in a courtyard may be stolen anywhere- be responsible for your own belongings! You don't own the whole complex- remember that you rent one unit! Anyway, I am a resident at the Park Townhomes and could not be happier. Sure, it's not perfect; what apartment is? The staff is friendly and accomodating, and the maintenence staff is superb.
