Disappointing...

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Pretty buildings and layout, decent landscaping,and decent maintenance. LOUSY enforcement of any rules, especially parking and noise. No peace and quiet allowed with kids completely unsupervised for hours and unrelenting yelling and screaming. Not to mention the slightly older "kids" equally obnoxious and loud at the pool at late hours.
