My experience with the Park Townhomes has been largely wonderful. I moved in before the current management company and it was ok, but the new company has made many improvements, even if rent did go pretty high. The new management is pretty ok, even if it did take a while for things to get done sometimes. I never had an issue with noise (expect for my neighbor's stupid dog), and I hardly noticed the kids playing outside (which wasn't very frequent). As for packages being delivered to my home, if I was unable to get to the front office before they closed I could call ahead and they would put the package in my house. I do wish they would enforce the parking rules more often, there is little more annoying than coming home and there are many non-resident cars parked in front of my home and no where for me.

All in all, I enjoyed my time at the Park. I had a nice home that I could paint and do whatever to, a backyard that I could use and the sturdy concrete walls helped me feel safe during hurricanes (and does a lot to block neighbor noise). Oh, and my old stove started not working well and they quickly replaced it without fighting about it.
